Don't forget your homework tonight:
Read 20 minutes. Decorate your writer's notebook. Think of a testable question for Mr. Wolf's Science Class. Happy Monday!

Don't forget to read 20 minutes before tomorrow! Also, please remember to think of a book that you want to recommend for our Recommendation Wall. See you tomorrow morning!
First Day 2016 is in the books! I had a great time spending the day with your children and getting to know them. Today, we navigated the school together and met dozens of new teachers, but best of all was the excitement in each of their faces. I 'm looking forward to tomorrow!
Remember to wake those summer brains up and read for 20 minutes tonight. What a fantastic group we had for Meet the Teacher Night last night! I was blown away with how fast everything happened. It was a pleasure getting to meet all of you. I did want to thank all of you for putting down your preferred email for me. I sent out a blast email around 12:40pm. If you did not get that, please send me a quick email: [email protected], so that I have your correct email.
One important note for the first day of school. Please make sure that you check SIS to see if your child's afternoon transportation is up-to-date. We want to make sure that every student is on the correct bus. If you see something different on SIS that what it should be, please email me, and I will forward that to the front office. Thank you again for starting this school year off in a great fashion! See you all bright and early in the morning. Welcome back to school! 5th grade is going to be an amazing year. All this week, I have been working in my classroom getting ready for your arrival on Tuesday. Meet the Teacher Night will be next Tuesday from 5pm-6pm over at Sperreng. I am in room 216, on the second floor. I am looking forward to seeing all of you, but if you can't make it, I will be posting a video tour of the room as well. See you soon!
